Jamestown Coffee Company, also known as Jamestown Coffee Roasters, is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Accra, Ghana. Though the name pays homage to the historic Jamestown district, our original roastery is located in the vibrant Nyaniba Estates area of Osu.

Founded in 2018 by Kwasi Osei-Kusi, Jamestown Coffee began as a small-batch roastery, producing just 200–300 kg of coffee in its first year. Today, we roast between 5 to 6 tons annually, sourcing our beans from Kpedze, a high-altitude town in the Volta Region celebrated for its bold and flavorful coffee cherries.

In 2020, we opened the doors to our first café — a welcoming, warehouse-style space with high ceilings, local artwork, and plenty of room to gather, work, or relax. With both indoor and shaded outdoor seating, Jamestown quickly became a favorite destination for brunch in Accra, remote work sessions, and coffee catchups.

Our menu is a reflection of our love for culture and comfort , think fluffy pancakes, French toast, seafood pasta, and signature lattes inspired by Ghanaian neighborhoods, like the Labadi Iced Latte and Kaneshie Coffee. Every cup is brewed with care by our friendly, knowledgeable baristas who help make Jamestown feel like home.

Now with a second branch in East Legon, we bring the same quality coffee, food, and relaxed atmosphere to a new part of the city, proving that great coffee in Accra is never too far away.
